Export Entry Form (Customs Act 1913)

An Export Entry form will be required for the Export of Goods from Norfolk Island and   requires an Export Entry Number which you will obtain when you present this form to Norfolk Island Customs. This must be carried out before export of the goods. Goods may be inspected by Customs before the Export Entry Number is issued.

Notes on completing the form:

  1. The Owner/Agent must print their name at the top of the form and sign at the bottom, as indicated on the form
  2. The Owner of the goods is the person/Company  who will be accepting ownership of the goods either after export. If the goods are returning to Norfolk Island, the owner of the goods is the person/Company accepting ownership on return.
  3. Marks and Numbers refer to the number of goods in the consignment and any identifying marks on the outside of the packages.
  4. The description should not only describe the goods being exported, but should also include "Serial Numbers", "Model Numbers", or any identifying mark that will identify the goods on return to Norfolk Island should the goods be returned
  5. You will need to include the weight of the goods being exported so it would be a good idea to have the goods weighed before presenting the form to Norfolk Island Customs.

Alternately you may obtain an Export Entry form from the Customs Office.
